The partners are supported by their long-standing assistants, Denise Forsdick, Elena Azarenko, Olga Freer, Leonid Stoliarski and Jessica Taylor without whom both the clients and partners would be lost.

Alastair Tulloch

Alastair Tulloch (born 1 October 1955, Johannesburg, British Nationality) was educated in South Africa before studying at Magdalen College, Oxford.

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1980, he worked as an assistant solicitor for Lovell White & King before spending 2½ years working for a Dubai (UAE) law firm. On returning to London in 1984, he worked as an assistant solicitor for Clifford Turner before joining Frere Cholmeley Bischoff in 1987. As a partner of Frere Cholmeley Bischoff he was instrumental in the development of its Eastern European practice. On the dissolution of Frere Cholmeley Bischoff in 1998 he joined Eversheds for a short period before realising his life long aim of establishing his own law firm focused on Eastern Europe.

Alastair attempts to speak Russian and travels extensively throughout Eastern Europe. He is married with 4 children and his interests include sailing, skiing, travel and woodwork.

Bruce Gripton

Bruce Gripton is a long-standing colleague and friend of Alastair Tulloch’s. Bruce was born on 12 December 1959 in Somerset, England and was educated in Birmingham. He was briefly a presenter on Radio Birmingham before studying at Exeter College, Oxford (where he was President of the University Law Society).

After qualifying as a solicitor in 1984, Bruce worked for Frere Cholmeley Bischoff and became a partner in 1990. He joined Eversheds in 1998 and remained there as a partner for 10 years before reuniting with Alastair and joining Tulloch & Co in 2009. He specialises primarily in corporate transactions. Bruce is married with 3 children and his interests include golf and following Liverpool Football Club.
